Simply a stunning culinary experience that is just perfect from all possible angles. The food is excellent, with a great selection of ingredients served with a twist that is somehow unconventional. The wine list is superb, and the journey is made even more engaging by the staff, who walks you through each step and glass with insights, showing the passion that drives the whole concept of the place and makes it unique. Strongly recommended. I'll be back soon!

I don’t remember how I found this place but I’m glad I did. It’s out from the tourist area and the ambiance is great. Most customers are local people and they seem to be regular guests. The staff were friendly and food was great. Love the sharing menu. The eggplants were amazing.

Finally tried RØST, as we were staying only a 5 minute walk from the restaurant. Interior and vibe is great, food is creative and delicious, service was on point, personal and attentive, the guys were awesome, and of course the wine selection was to die for! See you next time!

I was eager to try this place, and finally, I had the chance to have lunch here. It exceeded my expectations. The menu combines tradition with innovation, maintaining simplicity. All the dishes feature seasonal products, showcasing the care they put into their offerings. A special mention goes to the impressive wine selection.
